Supporting our ongoing effort to allow our customers to do more with less, the CivicPlus Single Sign-On offers custom integrations with the following identity providers (IdP):

  • Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory)
  • Microsoft’s Active Directory Federated Services (ADFS) versions 4.0 and 5.0
  • Okta

Note: ADFS 3 is no longer supported by Microsoft as of October 10, 2023. Please contact Support for any migration questions or assistance.
